Tradecore International South Africa is a service-oriented intermediary company with a global presence, headquartered in the UK. Initially, we connected with the client’s UK-based colleague, who later introduced us to the South African representative after sharing initial project details.

After reconnecting via email, our sales team confirmed the client’s requirements for a 5-ton capacity, 5-meter radius, and 5-meter height pillar-mounted jib crane. To assure the client of our product quality and company reliability, we shared ISO and CE certificates, product warranty documentation, customer feedback, and banking details from previous transactions.

During the negotiation, a logistical challenge arose: how to fit the 6.1-meter jib crane into a 6-meter-long 40-foot container. The client’s freight company suggested a wooden pallet to secure the crane at an angle. However, after reviewing their design, our technical team proposed a more efficient solution—utilizing a low-headroom hoist to reduce the crane’s overall height without compromising the lifting height.

The client appreciated our professional approach and adopted our solution. After receiving the prepayment a week later, production commenced immediately. The crane was completed within 15 working days. During pickup, the client’s freight company loaded the crane smoothly into the container.

Twenty days later, the client received the BZ pillar jib crane in excellent condition and expressed satisfaction, highlighting that the product exceeded their expectations. This successful delivery strengthened the client’s confidence in our capabilities and laid the foundation for further collaboration.
