On May 7, 2024, we received an inquiry about chain hoist from a company in Turkey that specializes in the crane industry. Through discussions on WhatsApp, we learned that this company not only distributes products from renowned brands like Sisecam, Bosch, and Mercedes but also provides after-sales services. In addition to being a crane dealer, they also have their own production workshop that can manufacture simple cranes. Customized cranes used for large vehicle maintenance. Additionally, they sell remote controllers from brands like Henjel and Juuko.
The customer’s intentions were clear. They were looking to expand their procurement range, which made them actively engage in discussions with us. The client was a typical Turkish businessman, warm, hospitable, and very open-minded. We communicated frequently, discussing not only the products but also various other topics. The client was very forthcoming, sharing insights about his family business's history. He is a second-generation manager in his twenties. His father was exposed to crane products while working abroad. Due to diligence, he gradually became familiar with lifting equipment and eventually established a firm foothold in the crane industry. Influenced by his upbringing, the client grew up assisting his father in repairing various lifting machines. They often purchase second-hand cranes from well-known brands online, refurbish them, and resell them to customers.
The client appreciated our attentive service and professional knowledge. After detailed discussions, he expressed strong interest in our palan cu lanț products, specifically models SNL and HHBB01-01S (parameters: 1t-6m). He was particularly attracted to our competitive pricing and indicated that, if the quality met their expectations, they would consider regular purchases from us in the future.
