In July 2024, SEVENCRANE successfully completed a sale of our PRG Aluminum Gantry Crane to Italy. This project started with an initial inquiry from Beond S.r.l. in April 2024. They expressed interest in learning more about our portable gantry cranes. After reviewing our product catalog, the customer requested a customized aluminum door crane with a lifting capacity of 700kg, a lift height of 1.5m, and a span of 2.5m.
Understanding Customer Requirements and Overcoming Concerns
Following the customer’s inquiry, SEVENCRANE’s sales team promptly responded by providing a detailed company profile and product brochure. After receiving our proposal, the customer raised concerns regarding the product's compliance and whether it was certified for use in Italy. To address these concerns, SEVENCRANE sent over the CE certificate and the product quality guarantee, reassuring the customer about the compliance and safety standards.
Negotiating Price and Finalizing the Order
Although the price was initially not a major issue, the customer requested a discount due to their budget limitations. After discussing with our team, SEVENCRANE was happy to offer a competitive discount, and the customer agreed to the revised price. However, the customer mentioned they would need a little more time to place the order.
Order Confirmation and Fast Delivery
Three months later, we received the official purchase order from Beond S.r.l. company and immediately processed their prepayment. The production process for the PRG Guindaste de pórtico de alumínio was quick, with a turnaround time of only 10 working days. We promptly shipped the crane to Italy, and upon arrival, the customer conducted a successful inspection of the product. They were extremely satisfied with the crane's quality and appearance.
