Chain block and lever hoist are both called manual hoist.

1. After usage, chain block shall be cleaned and coated with anti-rust grease, and stored in a dry place to prevent manual hoist from being damped, rusted and corroded.
2. Maintenance and overhaul should be carried out by profeesional staffwith the hoist mechanism. Cleaninghoist parts with kerosene, add grease to lubricate gear and bearing parts.
3. After cleaning and maintenance, hoist shall carry out no-load test to ensure normal operation and reliable braking before use.
4. Friction surface ofbrake must be kept clean. Brake parts should be checked frequently to prevent brake failure.
5. For convenience of maintenance and disassembly, one link of hand chain is an open chain (Completely closed is not allowed).
