The base mainly focuses on shipbuilding, design, repair, and ocean engineering, including the development of offshore wind power equipment. The facility features eight fully automated production lines that emphasize human-machine collaboration, saving up to 40% in labor costs. The smart central control system autonomously manages in-house resources, achieving an impressive 80% automation rate within the workshops.

Compared to traditional cranes, the smart hijskraan boasts several significant improvements. It reduces overall height by 30%, cuts weight by 25%, and decreases energy consumption by 20%. These changes allow for over 10% better utilization of factory space. The crane also incorporates cutting-edge anti-sway technology with an absolute encoder, enabling precise positioning and synchronized control.
