Safety management for the use
1、 Annual inspection
Conduct a comprehensive inspection of the cranes in use at least once a year. Cranes that have been out of service for more than 1 year, have experienced earthquakes of magnitude 4 or above, or have experienced major equipment accidents or outdoor operations should undergo a comprehensive inspection before use.
2、 Monthly inspection
The inspection items include: whether there are any abnormalities in safety devices, brakes, clutches, etc. Is there any damage to the condition of important components (such as lifting equipment, wire rope pulley groups, brakes, slings, and accessories). The working performance of electrical, hydraulic systems and their components. Cranes that have been out of use for more than a month should also undergo the above inspection before use.
3、 Daily check
Before starting work every day, check the safety status of various safety devices, brakes, control devices, emergency alarm devices, tracks, and steel wire ropes. When there are abnormal situations, they must be dealt with in a timely manner.
Safety technology for crane use
Before starting the operation, it is necessary to confirm that it is in a safe state before starting it. Are all controllers set to zero. Is the minimum distance between the crane and other equipment or fixed buildings at least 0.5m.
Before starting the crane, a bell or warning must be sounded. When approaching people during the operation, intermittent ringtones or warnings should be given.
3. Inspection and maintenance are not allowed during lifting operations. The suspended object shall not pass through the top of the person's head, and no person shall stand under the suspended object and the lifting arm.
4. Strictly follow the command signals for operation. Once an emergency stop signal is issued, it must be executed immediately.
5. The minimum distance between each part of the crane, lifting load and auxiliary equipment, and the transmission line should meet safety requirements.
