Supplying HHBB Electric Chain Hoist to an Australian Client

On November 4, 2024, we received an inquiry from the chairman of a farm company in New South Wales, Australia. The client, an end-user, needed an electric chain hoist capable of operating on a 100mm UC beam. The inquiry was for an HHBB electric chain hoist with a 2-ton lifting capacity and a 5-meter lifting height, intended for use inside their facility.

Initially, the client responded positively, providing the necessary specifications and details. However, they requested a single-phase hoist, which required modifications that significantly increased costs. Understanding this challenge, we recommended a three-phase hoist as a cost-effective and practical alternative. We inquired if they could reconsider their preference for single-phase equipment.

Following this interaction, the client went silent for some time. During this period, we maintained consistent communication, sharing updates about our products, showcasing the technical capabilities of our hoists, and reinforcing our expertise in the industry.

In December, the client re-engaged with us, asking whether the previously shared prices for the HHBB hoist needed to be updated. After some negotiation, they requested a discount, which we accommodated to finalize the deal. Ultimately, the client decided to proceed with the three-phase HHBB electric chain hoist.

We arranged production and transportation within the agreed timeframe. The hoist was delivered promptly, and the client expressed satisfaction with both the product and our service.
