European Single Girder Overhead Crane for Australian Client

In early September 2024, we received an inquiry from an Australian client regarding a European-style single girder overhead crane, model SNHD, with specifications of SNHD2t-10.4m-4.6m. The client preferred communication via WeChat, and we quickly established efficient communication through video and voice calls. Within a few days of discussing the project details, we sent the client a quote and the technical drawings.

A week later, we followed up to check on the project's progress. The client confirmed that everything was fine and had shown the proposal to their boss. However, new questions arose, and over the next week, the discussions continued intermittently. The client, being very thorough and professional, addressed every query in detail and shared valuable insights. This level of seriousness and expertise was impressive.

After another two weeks, the client requested an online tour of our production facility. After viewing the factory, the client confirmed that they would contact their installation team and planned to proceed with the purchase within a week. The client expressed high satisfaction of European single girder overhead crane and indicated they were ready to buy.

To build further trust, we sent them feedback photos from previous Australian clients, along with bank transaction records. The client requested contact information for some of our long-term customers, and we were happy to provide it. The positive feedback from our existing clients further reinforced their confidence in our products.

Throughout the process, we made several revisions to the drawings and held multiple technical meetings. Finally, after a comprehensive evaluation, the client proceeded with the payment.
