Industrial rubber tyred double beam gantry crane

The industrial rubber tyred double beam gantry crane is a variant of the bridge crane. Which is mainly used for outdoor cargo yard, stock yard, and bulk cargo loading and unloading operations.

Its metal structure is like a door-shaped frame, with two supporting feet installed under the main beam. Running tracks are installed on the ground, and the whole machine can walk directly on the tracks on the ground. The two ends of the main beam can also be provided with overhanging cantilever beams according to requirements.

The double beam gantry crane has the characteristics of high site utilization, large operating range, wide adaptability and strong versatility. The working environment temperature is generally 20-35 degrees. And the power supply is three-phase alternating current, 380V, 50HZ.

The double main beam gantry cranes are widely used in large-scale construction projects such as bridges and subways, and port cargo yards to move goods. The working speed is slow, and it is composed of a mast, a winch trolley, a cart operating mechanism, a driver's cab and an electrical control system.

Structure

The industrial rubber tyred double beam gantry crane is equipped with automatic power travel and lifting equipment. Which can realize all-round mechanized actions. It has the advantages of light structure and strong wind resistance.

It includes the main beam, the upper beam, the outriggers, the lower beam, the walking trolley and the walking platform railings. The main beam adopts a triangular truss structure with tracks laid on it for the trolley to move laterally in the direction of the main beam. The outrigger adopts two forms: box shape or steel tube.

The hoisting device of double gantry crane can be a hoist trolley or a winch trolley, which is compact in size and light in weight.

The operation method adopts a closed driver's cab with adjustable seats, insulating mats on the bottom plate, and tempered glass for window glass. Which can be equipped with heating and cooling air conditioners, buzzers, walkie-talkies and other items according to user requirements.

There are two forms of power supply: cable reel and high-altitude sliding line.
