Ghana Client’s Transaction Case of 10t Hoist Trolley and 2t Overhead Crane
On May 11, 2021, we received an inquiry from a Ghana client. His original inquiry was a 10t bridge crane. After communicating with the customer through WhatsApp and email, it was determined that the customer wanted a 10t hoist trolley.
The customer wants to replace this 10t hoist trolley with his original trolley on his own double girder overhead crane. Know the specific use of the customer, and then we send a quotation to the customer. Then the client said that he had sent our quotation to management for review.
On July 2, 2021, the client told me that they needed another project, 2t small overhead crane with steel structure.
Then we confirmed some usage parameter information and usage to the customer, and then quoted the price to the customer. The client said that this will also be handed over to the management for review, and then place the order to us together.
We sent the customer orders and customer feedback from our previous customers, as well as photos of the factory. The client told me to wait because he has not been instructed by the higher authorities.
On August 17, 2021, the customer asked us if we could give them a local authorization in Ghana. And hoped that we would issue an authorization letter to him.
After the approval of our management, we sent him our response to the customer company's local approval in Ghana authorization letter for our hoist trolley and 2t small overhead crane. After the customer got the authorization letter, it took a while for me to send him proforma invoice.
After received our proforma invoice, he said that they need to wait for the import license from the customs department, and then we have been waiting.
Finally on January 10, 2022, the first day the client came to work, told us they got the license, and then paid us to confirm the order.
This is a long process, but it also shows the trust of our customers and our patience with our customer.
The shipment has now been shipped to Ghana by sea!!!!
