Palan à câble métallique de type CD
CD type wire rope hoist produced by SEVENTRANE is a small lifting equipment, which is characterized by compact structure, simple operation, stability and safety. The hoist can be used alone or installed on the main beam of bridge crane or gantry crane.
The CD type hoist is driven by electricity, and its main components are motor, reducer, brake, drum, wire rope, etc. The motor and brake are installed on both sides of the drum and connected through the transmission shaft in the middle. This structure is more compact and has the advantages of small volume and light weight.
When the hoist is working, the motor is connected with the drum through the reducer to drive the drum to rotate. One end of the wire rope is fixed on the drum and the other end is connected with the hook. The drum rotates to wind the wire rope on the drum, driving the hook to move up and down.
The hoist can be easily lifted and moved by remote control. CD type wire rope hoists produced by SEVENTRANE are equipped with lifting limiter and overload limiter. This can prevent the lifting height and weight of the hoist from exceeding the safe range. Thus, the occurrence of safety accidents can be largely avoided.
The hoist is an industrial production equipment, and wear is inevitable during operation. Therefore, maintenance and inspection shall be carried out on time, and unqualified parts or components shall be repaired to avoid accidents due to wear. The main wearing parts of the wire rope hoist are: wire rope, rope guide, brake pad, etc. The wire rope is the part of the hoist that is most prone to wear, so it needs to be checked frequently. Once there is a problem, it should be replaced in time.
