2. Double Girder Overhead Crane

Characteristic:

There are two main beams with a complex structure.

The lifting trolley runs between two main beams.

Suitable for heavier lifting tasks, usually with a lifting capacity of over 20 tons.

Advantage:

Sturdy structure with strong load-bearing capacity.

The lifting height is relatively high and the lifting stability is good.

Suitable for handling high building heights and heavy items.

Application scenario:

Suitable for handling and loading and unloading heavy goods in large factories, steel mills, power plants, docks, and other places.

3. جرثقیل سقفی تعلیق

Characteristic:

The main beam is suspended on the roof structure of the building and moves along the suspension track.

The lifting trolley runs under the suspended main beam.

Suitable for medium to light lifting tasks, usually with a lifting capacity between 1 and 10 tons.

Advantage:

No need for ground tracks, saving ground space.

Suitable for places with lower building heights.

Flexible installation and strong adaptability.

Application scenario:

Suitable for handling and loading and unloading light items in places such as light factories, workshops, and warehouses.

Bridge cranes have different advantages and applicable scenarios, and selecting the appropriate type based on specific needs can improve work efficiency and safety.
