Project Overview – SNT Hoist Trolley for Indonesian Client

Oct 23, 2024

Recently, SEVENCRANE successfully completed an order for an Indonesian client, supplying two 80-ton SNT hoist trolley. These trolleys have a span of 2.1 metres and a lifting height of 10 metres. Designed to handle heavy lifting jobs. Once packaged, they will be promptly shipped via sea freight to the client's facility.

The client is an end user in Indonesia. The initial enquiry was to replace the hoisting mechanism of two Korean-made overhead cranes. The two cranes had been in operation for several years. Given the age and wear of the cranes, the client decided that repairing the hoisting trolleys was no longer a cost-effective solution. Instead, they sought to procure new lifting mechanisms.

After receiving detailed drawings of the main and end beams of the overhead cranes, SEVENCRANE’s team promptly provided a tailored quotation. While the client was still comparing other options, SEVENCRANE shared successful case studies and previous project experiences in Indonesia, as well as details about exhibitions. This engagement and the company's track record convinced the client to proceed with SEVENCRANE’s proposal.
