On May 20, 2024, SEVENCRANE received an inquiry from a client in Guatemala. The client is a director of a company engaged in steel structures and civil engineering. He is looking for a 3-ton electric chain hoist with a small car. However, the initial inquiry lacked specific details regarding the lifting height. Our sales team promptly followed up with the client to clarify the requirements.
Through smooth and effective email communication, our team gathered all the necessary information, confirming the exact specifications required by the client. After determining the parameters, we provided a tailored quotation for the 3-ton hoist. The client, satisfied with the quotation, requested an additional quote for a 5-ton hoist, intending to purchase both units together. We quickly updated the quote to include both models: the HHBB 3t-8m and HHBB 5t-8m.
A day later, the client requested some adjustments to the specifications of chain hoists. Our team coordinated with our engineers to refine the quote and promptly sent the updated version. To assure the client of our product quality, we also included feedback images from previous customers who had purchased similar products, along with our CE and ISO certifications.
Impressed with the updated proposal, the client instructed their procurement manager to finalize the order. After confirming the details with the procurement manager, we issued a proforma invoice. Within a week, the client made full payment.
Upon payment confirmation, our factory completed production and packaging within seven working days. After verifying the shipping details with the client, we arranged for the shipment. We informed the client that the chain hoists would arrive within approximately 20 working days.
