Last December, we received the enquiry about out gantry crane. Our customer was working for a mining company in DRC and he was looking for a 5t gantry crane. It would be used for heavy vehicle maintenance.

The customer has a question about the type of hoist on the gantry crane. He is wondering whether the electric chain hoist is better or the wire rope hoist is better.

After checking with our engineers and combining with his parameters and usage, we recommended him to equip with a wire rope hoist. And we will send the quotation of single girder gantry crane to him soon.

After sending the quotation of European type single girder gantry crane to our client, the customer has raised some questions about our gantry crane, drawings and installation and maintenance.

And in the next period of time, we discussed the details of the single girder gantry crane. We try our best to provide our customer with the best service, such as timely reply and answering questions, modification of drawings and addition of details.

After everything was discussed, we got an email from my client CC'd me. He forwarded our quotation of 5t European type single girder gantry crane to his boss and told him he could make a decision.

Not long ago, we received a reply from their company: “To work with SEVENCRANE to supply this gantry crane.” This is really good news. And we also filled out the supplier registration form sent by the client company.

Next, we need only wait for the purchase order of 5t gantry crane with wire rope hoist from our customer’s company.
